Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nursing and Support Services website and the engagement of our nursing and support services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below.
About Our Services
Nursing and Support Services provides aged care nursing, aged care support work, NDIS community nursing, NDIS support work and home care services. Services are provided subject to assessment, clinical suitability, staff availability and agreed service arrangements, and may vary based on individual needs and funding.
Service Agreements
Before services commence, clients or participants will be provided with a service agreement or care plan setting out the agreed supports, schedule, fees (where applicable) and responsibilities of each party. Services are delivered in accordance with this agreement.
Eligibility and Funding
Access to certain services may depend on eligibility under the NDIS, Support at Home, or other funding programs, or may be available on a private fee-for-service basis. It is the client's or participant's responsibility to ensure funding arrangements are valid and current.
Client Responsibilities
Clients and participants agree to provide accurate and current information relevant to their care, notify us of any changes to their health, needs or circumstances, and provide a safe working environment for staff attending their home.
Cancellations
Appointments or scheduled support may be cancelled or rescheduled by either party with reasonable notice. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect ongoing service availability. Specific cancellation notice periods and any associated fees will be outlined in your service agreement.
Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in your service agreement and are subject to applicable funding arrangements. Payment terms, invoicing frequency and accepted payment methods will be confirmed prior to service commencement.
Not an Emergency Service
Nursing and Support Services is not an emergency response service. In a medical emergency, call Triple Zero (000).
Limitation of Liability
While we take all reasonable care in delivering our services, Nursing and Support Services is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Complaints and Feedback
Clients and participants may raise concerns or complaints at any time. Complaints will be handled in accordance with our Complaints and Feedback Policy and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
